Forming Capabilities -
Spencer Industries has both rotary and continuous (high speed) in-line heavy gauge thermoforming machines.
Spencer has six (6) continuous (high speed) in-line forming machines, most of which can form up to .150" thick material, along with being able to form large and/or twin sheet parts.
Spencer has nine (9) rotary machines that can form heavier gauge material thickness. Six (6) of our rotary machines have twin sheet capabilities, the largest of which has a tooling capacity of 7' x 11' x 36".
Spencer has seven (7) Shuttle (single station) forming machines that are ideal for forming sample parts and/or smaller lot quantities.
