Unlike most Thermoformers in the industry, Spencer Industries extrudes its own sheet. Our ability to extrude sheet internally gives our customers and Spencer Industries the ability to expedite short lead time projects, along with production scheduling flexibility. All three of our extrusion lines have coextrusion, with high gloss capabilities, and in a wide variety of colors, textures, widths (up to 89 "), and thicknesses (up to .450"), with 3 layers, in 2 material structures (ie: A.B.A. capability) in the following materials:
- High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)
- Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
- High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
- Thermoplastic Olefins (TPO)
- Sheet with the following capstocks- ASA (Acrylonitrile \ Styrene \ Acrylate Copolymer, Korad film & Acrylic.
