Manufacturing and support operations including Sheet Extrusion, all Thermoforming (vacuum, pressure & twin sheet), CNC Trimming, Die Cutting, Vertical and Horizontal Saw Trimming, Fabrication, Decorating (hot stamping & class A paint systems), Foam Filling & Assembly (riveting, crimping, sonic welding, adhesives & mechanical fasteners).
Support Facility:
Dale, IN. 60,000 square feet. Logistical support and warehouse facility to support manufacturing facilities.
Major Manufacturing Equipment
Sheet Extrusion - Three co-extrusion lines with A/B/A capability; includes two 4.5" lines with 2.5" and 3.5" coextruders and one 6.0" line with a 4.5" coextruder , up to 96" sheet width capacity. Extrusion sheet thickness capability ranges from .035" to .450".
Thermoforming- A total of 21 Thermoforming Machines in the following categories:
Continuous In-Line Thermoformers - 6 lines ranging up to 46” in width and a maximum draw depth of 6”, with maximum starting sheet thickness of .150.
Rotary Thermoformers - 9 machines, all pressure formers, four of which are also twin-sheet capable. Largest platen is 7’ x 11’ with a maximum draw depth of 38”.
Shuttle Thermoformer - 2- 8’ x 14’, 1- 4’ x 8’ & 3- 6’ x 10’ thermoformers utilized for very short run applications, product development and research.
Die Cutting - 17 hydraulic and toggle presses ranging from 50 ton to 300 ton.
Automated Trimming - 5 Axis CNC trimming capabilities with 32 tables.
Parts Fabricating and Decorating - Sonic welding, drilling, routing, heat bending, foam filling for insulation and sound deadening, spray painting in 2 continuous lines and multiple individual booths, hot stamping, riveting, crimping, decal and label application, adhesives and mechanical fasteners.
