Transportation
The four doors are twin sheet pressure formed from a coextruded high impact, ultra violet resistant material. After CNC trimming, they are foam filled for insulation, sound deadening and structure, then masked, painted two colors, and assembled with stainless steel hardware and trim components. For specific fleet requirements, a series of custom color painted combinations utilizing metallic automotive colors is also part of the program. The evaporator housing is twin sheet formed from ultra violet resistant material, then CNC trimmed, foam filled and assembled with multiple fittings.
