Meet our Engineering Team...

Spencer Industries provides complete engineering capability utilizing the latest revisions in CAD software, along with the Project Engineer Coordinator assigned to your specific program. The Project Engineer Coordinator remains with the program throughout development, prototyping, production tooling and manufacturing. We also have an on site Controls Engineer that has very strong skill sets to ensure that all machines run as they should.

We feel that the way we have structured our Engineering Team is the best "value added" approach to having good communications with our customers. Our Enginering Team's structure promotes simple and direct communication between the people that really make it happen.
