Spencer Industries has a wide variety of Secondary Processing Operations including Sonic Welding, drilling, routing, heat bending, foam filling for insulation and sound deadening, painting capabilities with 2 continuous lines and multiple individual booths, hot stamping, riveting, crimping, decal and label application, adheisives and mechanical fasteners.
Assembly - Sonic Welding and Mechanical fasteners. Various adhesive procedures available.
Foaming - Urethane Foam Injection for both insulation and structural integrity.
Painting - Booths and line systems - Metallics, Pearls, Automotive and Regular Base & Clear Coating, EMI Shielding.
Decorating - Hot Stamping, Silk Screening, Ink Transfers and Exotic Adhesion Graphics.
Other (conventional) Operations - Saw Trimming, Hand Routing and Drilling
Die Trimming - Thirteen (13) presses ranging from 50 ton to 300 ton capable of using steel rule, clicker, and match metal trim dies. As well as in-line and in-mold die cutting capabilities, and an array of auxiliary capabilities as required.
CNC Trimming - 5 Axis CNC trimming capabilities with 42 tables up to 10' x 10' part capabilities. Our CNC machines are capable of trimming anything from simple small flat parts to complex large deep draw geometries, for a total of 21 independent routing bed capabilities, combined with full 5 axis CAD CAM programming capabilities.
