Jarid Hirt

My tenure at Spencer Industries started in 1985. As a recent local high school graduate, I worked as summer-time help at Spencer before attending college. While not a glamorous job, I grew to appreciate both the thermoforming process and the manufacturing environment. Throughout college, I continued returning home to Spencer to perform many manufacturing and engineering functions. Graduating college in 1989, I started my career at Spencer as a Manufacturing Engineer.

My career choices over the past 30+ years allowed me to work in engineering, sales, plant management, and a variety of administrative areas. These choices, combined with a passion to work with people, prepared me for my current position at Spencer Industries.

I work with the best co-workers, the best team members, and the best customers, all while working at a great company.

I am husband to my high school sweetheart and a proud father of three wonderful children. Looking back, I find myself blessed with a life that allowed me to grow-up, to live in, and to raise our family in small town USA.

I find great enjoyment in staying fit as I gracefully enter my fifties. I also look forward to spoiling our grandchildren in the years to come.
